Security Awareness For All IT & Cyber Security Departments are different from the standard policies for employees.  As an example, employees are not responsible for monitoring the networks for vulnerabilities, but the IT department would be responsible.   

IT & Cyber Security Departments should never be shared with anyone outside any IT Department.    Employees, vendors, contractors or anyone else who works for an organization should never know the polices or procedures of  an IT or Cyber Security Department.
